Get you glow on

This week's running adventure starts at the Pineapple Track carpark on Booth Road. We'll start with a cruisy descent down Islay Street and onto Nichols Track. We'll head up the glow worm track and, after checking out the waterfall, do a quick backtrack and continue our ascent up towards Pineapple Track. Once we hit Pineapple Track, we'll keep heading up the track, and if people feel like it, we can touch the trig on Flagstaff before heading all the way down Pineapple Track and back to the start. It should be about 9.5km with 585m of climbing. Remember your headtorch and warm layers. See you there!
