Touch the trig

It's been a while since we've been to the top of Te Pahuri o te Rangipohika Signal Hill. Meeting at the *front* carpark at Logan Park High School, we'll head up the grunty Telecom Track to the lookout, then further upwards to the top of Signal Hill, being sure to touch the trig so it counts 😁. From the top, it's flowing descent through farmland to Cleghorn Street, followed by a nice and gentle glide into North East Valley, along North Road, before a short climb through the Botans and back to the start. In total, we'll hit around 13 km and 500 m. As always, you will need headlamps. It can be cold at the top of the hill, so an extra layer could also be useful.
