Whakaehu wander

After the beautiful weather over ANZAC weekend, things look to take a turn this week, so we'll seek out a little shelter. Meeting at the Silverstream car park, we’ll start along Racemans track before heading across the weir along the Powder Creek track. Gazing wistfully up the Power Ridge track, we stay on the flat, crossing Silversteam a 2nd time (added bonus of wet feet!), and heading back towards Racemans. From here, we'll take in McRaes Weir track, head along (and through) the Tunnel, before a simple jaunt down Whare Flat Road back to the start. It'll be a breezy 11.5 km and around 175 of total ascent this week. See you there
