Route Details

We'll take it a bit easier this week (well, relatively at least). Meeting at the George Street entrance to Woodhaugh Garden, we head out along the familiar trails alongside the Leith, into Ross Creek and onwards to Redwoods. We'll wind our way upwards on the MTB tracks, before a slightly less sedate climb up McGouns, then gliding back downhill to the start via Cragieburn and across the reservoir dam. It should be around 11 km in length and a modest 350 - 400 m climbing. The pace will be pretty gentle and we'll take a couple of quick breaks on the way up. Anybody interested in joining us for the first time is more than welcome! The forecast at this stage is for rain, so be sure to dress appropriately. Trails shoes are advisable. Hope to see you there!
