Scrambling through Silverstream

Starting at Silverstream Carpark we will head off along the flat stretch of Racemans Track. Before the end of the track we'll take a right and head up Little Coal Creek Track, which then joins onto North Coal Creek Track. There's some fun rocks to scramble over in this part and sometimes the odd goat. The steep ascent will take us up to Rollinsons Road. From there we have a cruisy descent down the road, turning onto Whare Flat Road. Depending on how people are feeling we can hoof it back to the cars along the road or duck back into the bush along Tunnel Track, before looping back to the cars. All up it should be 8-10km ish and about 500m of up. Remember to bring your headtorches and warm layers. See ya there! :D
