Areas & Points of Interest
This week we'll get a bit sandy. Meet at the Sandfly Bay carpark (at the end of Seal Point Road) and head down to the beach. Then, watching out for sea lions, we'll make our way along the beach and up through the dunes to the top of Sandymount. From there, we'll make our way up Sandymount Road, turning down Highcliff Road, and then back down to the cars along Seal Point Road to the carpark. This week's run will be a mix of sand and road. It's a good idea to wear reflective clothing or have lights on the back of you for the road section of the route. Also, please remember your headtorches! All up it'll be 10.7km, with 531m of ascent (but who's counting?!).
