The Sweet Descent of Honeycomb Track

This week's adventure will kick off from the carpark at Evansdale Glen (see map pin). Following Carey's Creek Track, we'll make our way out to Rongomai Track for a steep but rewarding ascent up to Mountain Road, in the Silver Peaks. After a flat blat along Mountain Road will we make the fun-filled descent provided by Honeycomb Track (grippy shoes recommended if the track is wet). Then it's a trot back along Carey's Creek to the carpark. I think this loop is about 10.5 - 12km, with about 500 - 650m of climbing. You'll probably get wet shoes :D See you Thursday! *Evansdale Glen is on the northern motorway, just past Arc Brewery. So make sure you allow yourself a little extra travel time :)
