Bish-bash-bosh

This week we’ll meet at the Pineapple Track car park (see location). It’s about 11.5 km this week and it involves a bit of up and down. There is the small matter of Davies Track to negotiate, so there is inevitably a bit of bashing through foliage and the wonderful exfoliate value of the scrub on the upper part of Davies! From the top we’ll head down the track towards Ben Rudd Shelter, before connecting back to Swampy Summit Track via McQuilkans. The descent is down the Pineapple. Should be a little bit of ascent in this one……..I’m guessing somewhere in the 600-700 metre range. See you there. Headlamps possibly worth packing but should be (hopefully) stay packed. The weather looks undecided, but could give us a shower or two.
