Christmas is nearly here!

It's an opportunity to hit the trails with the crew one final time before Christmas descends on us. There should be mud, tricky tracks and the opportunity to open out on a great downhill back to the cars! Given the Dunedin summer so far, there's also the distinct possibility of rain. Meeting at the Leith Saddle Track car park (see location) and head out along the Pipeline Track to Rustlers Track. At Burns Saddle we'll swing onto Burns Track and head out to the junction with the Swampy Ridge Track. It's a decent climb then up to Rollinsons Road before the opportunity to tackle the varied descent down Leith Saddle Track. An estimated distance of 13 km and approx. 600 metres of ascent.
