Silver Peaks Saturday Mission

Impromptu Silver Peaks Mission Meet at the Possum Hut route carpark at 9am. Long Run Option: Whole Silver Peaks route, from Mountain Rd, Philip J Cox Hut to ABC Cave, Jubilee Hut and then back along the Possum Hut Route (at least 25km) Short Run Option: Sam will be leading a run around the Possum Hut Route (7.5km) For information on the routes: http://www.doc.govt.nz/Documents/parks-and-recreation/tracks-and-walks/otago/silver-peaks-tracks.pdf Gear: Wind+Waterproof Jacket, Thermal top+bottom, Midlayer jumper, Gloves, Beanie, Snacks, Water. **If the rain is really bad over the next two days, we will meet at the Leith Saddle Track instead and do a run out and around the Possum Hut loop (Approx 20km return), as Mountain Rd could get dodgy with too much water.**
