That's right - it's the one you've been waiting for all year...the third annual biv Ice Cream run. Come and celebrate the last week of Daylight Saving before headlamp season begins in earnest next week. We'll meet at the bus stop at the corner or Mailer Street and Parkhill Avenue (see map), then wind our way around the various trails in the Town Belt before returning to the start for our reward. In total, it'll be around 13-14 km and about 480 m. In all honesty, we're stretching the definition of trail running a bit here. With about 50% on asphalt you'll probably be ok in road shoes - but do expect a little bit of mud. Be sure to bring your pocket money for a sweet treat afterwards at Patti's and Cream - arguably the best ice cream in Dunedin. See you there!
