Deja vu 2

You know that feeling of "I've been here before" when out on the trails. Well, this week's run certainly ticks that box. Meet at the top of the motorway (see location). We'll head along the Pipeline Track and up Rustlers Ridge Track to the crossroads at Burns Saddle. We'll continue ascending Rustlers Ridge Track towards Swampy Summit. Once on the Swampy Ridge Track we'll turn northward and head down the track to the junction with Burns Track. We'll take this track, often boggy, back to the Burns Saddle junction. However, at a second visit, we'll continue along Burns Track back down to the Pipeline Track and then out to the cars. Estimated distance of 12-13 km and total ascent somewhere in the 400-500 metre range. A reminder that Thursday 4th November (a fortnight) is our planned light run before an early Christmas gathering at Emersons. Hopefully this will enable those leaving us at the end of exams to share in the celebration. I'll need people to confirm their attendance with me by next week - message the Bivouac Facebook page.
