Cara's Run

Goodaye Runners, This week is a beaut of a run, expect some juicy views and a bit of up hill burn! Meet at the bottom of Greenacres Rd, Macandrew Bay. From there we will head up the road and track to Highcliff Road, down Camp Rd past the Castle, across farmland to McTaggart Street, down to Company Bay and back around along the cycleway to Macandrew Bay. The run is 9.2km with 320m climbing. All levels of runners are welcome as always, just bring your stoke and determination! Anyone who needs a lift leave a post in discussions and we can organise pickups from the Uni Book shop. See you there
