Dont be a snail, run at Smails

Hey y'all, unfortunately Kate has run off to Australia for a week and I'm off skiing so you are on your own this week. Never mind though, you're all big enough to get lost on your own! Start at Smails Beach and run up the track to Karetai Road and follow until you reach Highcliff Road. Soon enough you will reach a cattery which is where you turn rightonto the Highcliff track which will take you round the hill, through some mud and eventually back to Karetai Road. Follow the road back to the cars Distance - 10 - 12 km Bring a head torch and warm clothes, the wind can get fresh at best
